Wendy Cai

Wendy was raised in a musical family which allowed her to be exposed to a variety of music at an early age. She achieved her AMEB Associate Diploma at the age of 16 and graduated her Bachelor of Music degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music under the tutelage of Daniel Herscovitch and Lyall Duke in 2012.

Wendy has been teaching for over ten years with specific pedagogical techniques catered to each student and can facilitate all AMEB and ABRSM grades. She is an enthusiastic and keen piano teacher who loves teaching all ages, especially young children, who bring music to life. She has also been involved in numerous ensemble performances as a chamber musician.

Wendy believes that piano teachers should act as not only an instructor, but as an individual who can build a desire for children to grow and learn and to lead them into viewing broader aspects of music.
